Terms of sale

Short version: you buy a PDF, you get it immediately, and because it is delivered instantly, all sales are final — faulty files are always replaced.

1. Who you are buying from

William Pennstone, author and publisher of Vitamins and Minerals for a Youthful Body (“we”, “us”). Contact: william@williampennstone.com.

2. What you are buying

A digital copy of the first edition of the book as a PDF file (282 pages), for your personal, non-commercial use. You may keep it on your own devices and print it for yourself. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the file or any substantial part of it. The text and images remain the author’s copyright.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, Canadian dollars or pounds sterling, and you choose the currency at checkout. A launch price applies for six hours from your first visit to the site on a given device; it is measured by a signed cookie and confirmed by our server when your order is created. After that the regular price applies. The price shown at the moment you pay is the price you are charged; it includes any tax we are required to collect.

Payment is processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We never see your card details. If a price is displayed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before the file is delivered.

4. Delivery

As soon as Razorpay confirms payment you are taken to a download page, and the same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. The link works for 72 hours and up to five downloads. If it expires or you did not receive it, email us with your order number and we will issue a fresh one once we have matched the order.

5. Refunds and cancellation

The book is digital content delivered the moment you pay. By completing payment you ask us to supply it immediately and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. If the file is faulty, corrupt or will not open, tell us and we will replace it — and if we cannot, we will refund you.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this is the express consent and acknowledgement that means the statutory 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once the download begins. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including your right to a remedy for digital content that is not as described or does not work.

6. Health information

The book is for general education and reflects published guidance and research at the time of writing. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor, pharmacist or a registered dietitian. Always seek professional advice before changing your diet or starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or living with a health condition.

7. Liability

Our liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law in your own country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
